Training4Trails is an online strength and conditioning program for the mountain bike rider who wants to be fitter, faster, and stronger on the bike and in daily life.
With Training4Trails you will get 3 weekly training sessions in the gym, with an optional 4th training session on the bike.
Every week new programs will be released in the Android and Apple app. for the following week
You do not need to be a professional or have several years of experience with strength training to follow this program.
The most important thing, is that you want to be fitter and stronger on the bike.
